Semmel Excavating is proud to continue work on the transformative expansion of St. Luke's Hospital, a 310,000-square-foot, five-story addition that will significantly enhance healthcare services for the community.

Our team performed extensive demolition of the site and existing utilities to make way for the new infrastructure. This included trenching to install new sanitary and storm lines, ensuring the facility’s systems are built to handle future needs. Additionally, we undertook substantial rock hammering during excavation for the basement expansion, navigating challenging subsurface conditions to prepare the site for construction.
