The Parkland School District Operations Center is a new facility that will centralize key administrative and operational functions for the district. The center will house offices for the food service facilities, technology, teaching and learning departments, creating a streamlined hub to support the district's mission.

Semmel Excavating played a critical role in preparing the site, ensuring a solid foundation for the facility's construction. Engelman Construction brought expertise in concrete work, pouring over 60,000 square feet of concrete for the project. This included the slab on grade, slab on deck, and meticulously forming and pouring ramps at the loading docks.
