Semmel Excavating and Engelman Construction partnered on the renovation of the Floor & Decor parking lot for the Whitehall Mall. We delivered a complete overhaul of the lot to improve functionality, drainage, and customer accessibility. 

Semmel took the lead on demolition, removing all existing asphalt, concrete, and outdated utilities to prepare the site for reconstruction. Their scope of work included the installation of new stormwater and sanitary lines, ensuring efficient drainage and modern infrastructure. Semmel then completed the asphalt paving and line painting, creating smooth, clearly marked parking areas for customer convenience.

Engelman handled the installation of all curbing to sidewalks to define the lots layout and provide safe pedestrian access. 

This collaboration resulted in a high-quality, durable lot that meets bot functional and aesthetic standards.
