Semmel Excavating completed a 87,000 sf site improvement job for the Devon Self Storage facility in Allentown, PA. This project consisted of heavy demolition of the existing lot to prepare the site for new paving. During this process, we installed all site utilities ensuring that the property's infrastructure was built to last. 

The project was finished with landscaping, enhancing the curb appeal and functionality of the site by improving drainage and creating a clean and professional appearance.
