Engelman Construction proudly completed the 350,000sf DHL Warehouse in Mertztown, PA. This project featured Tilt-Up Construction, a complex and highly specialized method of building large concrete structures.

Our team expertly managed forming, pouring and lifting the concrete walls into place. This challenging process requires precision and attention to detail to ensure the structural integrity of the warehouse. In addition to the tilt up wall, we completed all the slab on grade work, creating smooth and durable floors capable of handling the demand of a high-volume distribution facility.
