The Mohawk Group is collaboratively working on the expansion of the North Whitehall Administration Building in Coplay, PA. This project consists of an addition to the existing building and lot expansions. 

Each division of the Mohawk Group specialized on this project:
- Semmel completed site preparations, earthwork, and utility upgrades 
- Engelman is responsible for the pouring the footers and slab on grade for the foundation of the addition 
- Mohawk CD is managing the construction process

Once the addition is complete, it will be fit-out for additional office spaces to accommodate the growth of the township operations.
