Our team undertook extensive foundation repairs to stabilize and strengthen the building, ensuring its longevity for future generations. A second floor was added, seamlessly integrating with the existing structure while respecting its historic charm. To enhance accessibility, we installed new stairs and elevator, making the building fully ADA-compliant. 

Every aspect of the infrastructure was updated, including a complete overhaul of the electrical and plumbing systems. The project culminated in a high-quality office space fit-out, blending contemporary design elements with the building's timeless architecture.
